Absolutely beautiful place. Friendly staff, residents, clean, tidy, appartments are beautiful. Amenities were a really nice touch. We stayed with a relative, the appartment was spacious, clean, it is a quiet place to have a relaxing time away. The local walks are beautiful and the history to the place is really interesting.

Wonderful scenery with views for miles. Although the weather wasn't great it didn't stop us exploring and having fun. Especially walking in the rain along with playing bowls. There is a games room, washing and drying facilities for clothes.

Beautiful course in fantastic condition when I played in July. It's not long but there's some testing holes. But the views are what makes this course

Pleasant course, will maintained. Great back drop. Not a difficult challenge for an average player (I'm below average!). Only gripe is the distance between some of the holes, especially 2 and 3 but not a major issue I guess. Pro shop staff very helpful.

A very pleasant round of golf on a course that is not long but has 18 small, very tricky greens and several doglegs. Course was in very nice condition but be prepared for a few hill climbs and long strolls from green to tee.
All in all a very good day out.

Lovely golf course.. very slopey greens and quite hilly especially front 9. But in excellent condition and a good challenge for the amateur golfer

Great golf course quite a challenge, the only thing for us was when we played there was heavy moisture on the greens and the greenkeepers didn't whip them and that spoilt the experience slightly.

Amazing location and one of our favourite parts of the UK. Great food, pubs, walks and beaches.

We were staying at the HPB and enjoyed two meals here. The food was delicious, the service was great and a good view over the golf course.
