Superb choice, excellent, tasty food, as usual we ended up buying more than we meant to, due to the fact that we couldn't make our minds up as to what to buy.. To top it off there was a beautiful sunset viewed from the carpark.

Exceptionally well organised.Footfall must pass through outdoor tunnel then queue outside entrance. Customers are counted in to ensure no overcrowding where baskets & trolleys are individually sanitised. Excellent stock & wide choice of products. Staff always very welcoming and plentiful parking.Would definitely recommend

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
After checking out I questioned the price of the birthday cake I had just bought. The cashier was young and said that the price on the receipt was correct. I asked him to check. Susan came across and asked what the problem was. She went to check the price but didn't take the product with her. On her return she said the price was correct. She then produced the tag confirming the £10 and explained that this wasn't on the shelf where the cake was and that she didn't know how it had been removed and that the £8 price tag next to the cake I had taken was for another product. I questioned trading standards however she insisted she was in the right.
If shopping here take a magnifying glass to read the product descriptions and expect the correct price tags to be missing from the shelves.
I don't normally post reviews like this and I did try to resolve this in-store but I was stone walled

Great wee store! Reasonable choice and Great quality food and fresh produce. Ideal place to pick up a last minute plant or card. Most of the staff are so lovely, helpful and approachable. Just a couple.of the long term staff let the side down. All in all a nice shopping experience.

Yesterday (17/11/2021),I bought a white bread mix in this store. When I was unpacking my shopping at home I noticed that this item was out of date. I phoned the LOCAL phone number on the receipt but ended up speaking to customer services in South Africa!! Customer services gave me an email address & told me to send a copy of the receipt - the email address was incorrect. Since the I have made contact through the website & Facebook messenger and had absolutely no joy. If you shop here be very careful that the goods are in date.

Had elderly sister in wheelchair and was greeted at the entrance by Rebecca on Covid protocol duty. She helped with our first ever linkage attempt with wheelchair shopping trolley. She later opened a checkout for us and continued to be extremely proficient, warm and friendly. Oh, and everything else was great.

Apart from the problems we have shopping during this Pandemic, this store is still a great place to shop. The wide range of food products is excellent , and the quality is first class and the prices are not too expensive. Good value for money.
