My daughter joined Invicta in September 2016 and couldn't be happier. I have been amazed at how well she has settled in, she has already made lots of new friends and has gained self confidence. She has fully embraced Invicta life - I can't believe how many opportunities there are. She has already joined the choir, gymnastics club, dance club, and has been on two school trips (which were "awesome"). She now wants to sign up for the school ski trip too! Apparently the homework isn't too bad, and lessons are "soooo much more interesting than primary school". Invicta has definitely been the right choice for my daughter, her transition from primary to secondary has been fantastically easy - phew! I would highly recommend this school.

Both my daughters attended Invicta, one from Y7-11. The Teachers are excellent, the pastoral support is brilliant and the approach to learning is outstanding. Discipline is fairly strict as is the dress code but overall I would highly recommend this school to anyone. All schools do not have the same professional approach to teaching, my son goes to the boys Grammar school in Maidstone, other schools can certainly lean a lot from Invicta. We've just moved away so have had to leave, we're sorry to go and shall miss the comfort that our girls were in good hands.
Well Done Invicta!!

Can’t say enough great things about Invicta Grammar School. After my daughter was accepted at the school and started there in September 2018, she has had a fantastic experience in just this short period of time - all the teachers are professional & very approachable. We are kept informed of our daughter’s progress aswell as any educational or social events within the school. More importantly, regardless of how we feel, our daughter is so happy at Invicta and has made some great new friends too. I couldn’t be prouder and am very excited about the coming years and what she can potentially achieve at this great school.

Invicta is an amazing school. My daughter has gone from strength to strength. The school has encouraged and supported her in everything she has wanted to do and achieve. The staff are kind, thoughtful and very approachable.

Unfortunately I was a student that went to this awful school and if I could rate it lower I would! A group of students in my year were forced to leave after their first year of sixth form because their grades didn't meet their expectations. Even though these grades wouldn't count towards their actual A level result. Instead of helping you out they kick you out to maintain their reputation. This gave us around 2 weeks to find somewhere else before the school terms started. I will never forget the words of the teacher that forced me to leave who said "remember we will always be here for you". They then lied to the press by claiming that they "advised" us to leave, which they definitely did not! It is not a good school for the mental health of your child. They told me I would never get into a science degree. Well here I am now studying biochemistry 🤷🏼‍♀️.

Its honestly a terrible school for mental health. Came home happy in primary school and then even on the first day there, I came home crying begging for my parents to take me out of school. You have to walk to valley park school if you do PE even though we have a perfectly good mugas.

I moved my daughter away from this prison camp which has an increasingly serious weed problem - expect self harm to be rife, as early as year 8, expect the school to care only that your child still attends school regardless and expect support for this to be limited and inflexible, expect your daughter's SEN needs to be ignored and disrespected, expect school policy to come way before your daughter's well being, mental health and education (yes you read that correctly), expect paint for the walls to take priority over equipment, expect any initiative taken by your daughter to resolve issues herself to be stamped on. Hard. Very hard. Expect to pay well over the norm for food and uniform, expect to jump through numerous hoops to get anything resolved, and even then only to their satisfaction. Yes they say they care, but dont show it, yes they have a well being award but its meaningless when your daughter isn’t allowed to access the help she needs, yes they put on a great show at open evening but it successfully masks what is possibly the most toxic and controlling environment I've ever come across for children's education. The schools response to my daughter's leaving? Not. A. Single. Word. If your daughter doesn't have mental health issues before she starts Invicta, she will do by the time she leaves.

Fabulous school - both my daughters went to Invicta and yes, they worked hard but also played hard. They went on many excellent school trips including Iceland, Japan, USA and Greece. The school plays were of a very high standard and the music department is second to none. Both daughters felt well prepared for university after working hard at this school and both went to good universities. They were very well supported throughout by the teachers to whom I am very grateful. The school did its job and provided a good education in a supportive atmosphere.
