My Kitchen Worktop London

MKW provided a great service at a difficult time when containers were delayed at ports (Covid related) - I was kept updated and they ensured the worktop was fitted asap. The finish is great and would def use them again.

I approached MKW Surfaces while planning the renovation of my kitchen. Choosing a worktop can be quite a challenging experience due to the large choices available. Alberto and his team made this task much easier by providing excellent service from start to finish. I am very pleased with the product and service. Highly recommended.

The team was efficient. They were great communicators.
I knew I had to go an see the materials myself and see what it will look like and so I did.

What was made vs what they said would be the top design was completely different from what I expected. Maybe there is something wrong with my eyes. Giant tiger/calligraphy stripes vs bold black veins are 2 different things.

The design I requested had smaller veins with no weird graphic grey patches. What I got was... giant tiger streak blacks. I requested for a refund/replacement and was pushed back. I am now seeking help from consumer rights organisations.

I should have checked in and done more detail reviews - I just trusted the many reviews on Google maps.

We have used MKW on many projects, their service, quality and workmanship is of the highest standard! Would highly recommend them.
