Awesome service. Took out my existing quartz worktop, cut me holes and installed it after a new kitchen.

"Precision" doesn't do this company justice. We had quartz worktops, up stands and window sills supplied and fitted to our new Wren kitchen and utility room. These guys are not the cheapest but, like with many things, you get what you pay for. Between templating and fitting, we made a few changes and additions at the suggestion of our kitchen fitter and they accommodated these with no problem and still honoured the original quotation. The results are nothing short of superb with all joints, edges, levels etc. being absolutely spot-on. It's been a couple of months now since the install and I still look at it and appreciate the quality and workmanship undertaken. Many thanks to Neil and his team of craftsmen (no better word to describe them) and to Lauren in the showroom for her help, advice (and patience) throughout the process. Can't recommend these people highly enough.

The worktop and fitting was fine but sadly the customer service is lacking. Poor communication where both my girlfriend and me remember being advised we would get upstands which later didn't materialise. Every interaction over the phone was laboured and lots of "the person isn't in today". Also the showroom is shabby with poor displays and piles of samples.

I can not speak highly enough of the quality of the the finished job.
The team who fitted it could not have been more helpful and professional. Our worktops were extremely complex but everything was surveyed and cut so accurately that they all just slotted in to place.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I purchased a log burner from them recently. Unfortunately the glass cracked during the install. Accidents happen.

Firstly they were pretty much unable or unwilling to order me a replacement, claiming it would take too long to get or their supplier would not get glass that size. Fair enough.

So I asked them to supply the manufacturers drawing for the glass which they supplied. I had the piece of glass sourced and paid for it to be cut to shape. However!

It turns out that they sent me the wrong drawing, despite them being the UK specialist for Brompi fires. When I raised this with them they said it wasn’t anything to do with them and blamed the manufacturer. I asked them to pay for the mistake which they refused. I asked them to pass this request onto the manufacturer for reimbursement and I heard nothing. Nada. I only gave them 1 star because the option of 0 is not there.

Very poor customer service. The fire btw was nearly 1500 pounds.
