We contacted Nicky (through a mutual friend!) for "light up balloons" for our wedding. It was a last minute request as we had been let down. We spoke to her on Saturday and the balloons arrived on Monday morning and we are based in South Wales!. We are absolutely delighted with it and will be the centre piece of the wedding. Amazing customer service! I emailed with a couple of days notice requesting balloons and they couldn’t be more helpful. They were communicative and helpful via email (closed due to covid) and had the perfect balloons ready for me in plenty of time. Easy payment method at the door. Definitely using them for all future events. Can’t wait for them to reopen so I can browse the gorgeous collection of gifts and cards again.
