Average shop, plenty of decent prices but there was a large queue with one person on the till, and plenty of staff members walking around but not helping to serve the queue. I understand they might have other jobs to do, but the girl on the till rang the bell for someone to help and no one came.

Cant fault the cards and wrapping etc. Very good prices and a great selection. However , customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I went in their yesterday , picked up a couple of cards and went to the counter. There were three staff members standing there all messing about with balloons . One was boasting " let me show you where to blow it up from, I can see it, I have 20-20 vision", they were all giggling and laughing , I am still waiting to be served. I am disabled with heart failure and was struggling to breathe behind my mask. After about 10 minutes I gave up , left the cards on the counter and went to buy some elsewhere . Not an experience I would like to repeat.
