great customer service. staff friendly and very helpful. wont shop anywhere else anymore.

Find this store to crowded at most times and to small for all the people. Not enough space. Good value though.

Shop is over crowded with stock. Everything is overloaded on racks. Annoying ques. Managers a Snake. And don't be fooled by the picture here taken at an angle. Can't get through the door without walking into something

It has everything you'd expect from a card factory and a good selection of cards. That's the good points.

I very rarely leave negative reviews but as others have said the service at this branch isn't great.

There was one member of staff (at the till), huge queues and absolutely no sense of urgency. The staff member looked and acted like they did not want to be there.
The store was unorganised and untidy.

Overall if you are not in a rush and know exactly what you want it does the job. But poor customer interaction and grumpy staff don't make for a great experience...

Quite a compact shop, but always has the card you need. Nice friendly staff in here too.

Despite the last day before lockdown, they were cheerful and managed social distancing very well - I needed 70th Birthday paraphernalia - They sourced it from behind the counter, inflated the helium balloon - all for a reasonable price -
Wish them well and will be visiting them again after Lockdown 2.0!
