By far the best Afro-Caribbean shop I have come across in Portsmouth!

My go to store. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere, your number one store for everything African regardless of what African country you're from, anything you require, you'll find it here.

If you’re in need of African, especially Nigerian food items, then here is the place for you. Some items like habanero pepper, plantain, maggi knorr and regular Nigerian cooking items are pricey compared to other regular stores that sell same items.

This is the only store in Portsmouth where I’ve seen washed bitter leaf and fresh pumpkin leaves(ugwu). I enjoy their coconut chin chin as a snack.

Good place to find African foodstuffs. The shop space is too small though, making it difficult to have a good shopping experience once you have up to 4-5 shoppers at the same time. Prices are rather too high also

Great customer service and had everything I needed. The lady was really helpful and was able to recommend alternatives to a couple of the things I needed. Overall definitely worth the journey. Would recommend.
