Great little shop. Handy to just nip in and pick up those items for the day. You can hot drinks sandwiches and lots of other great items.

I only go here to get the gas and electric, nothing wrong with the place, it's clean and tidy, but I find that Tesco express has better deals

Sorry to say but usually I have no problem shopping here, unfortunately whoever the team manager who was working today, oldish man with glasses had the cheek to call me scum in front of other customers which unfortuanlty for him was infront of my girlfriend. I am not impressed all I was doing was going in to withdraw my money and to buy some food for the evening, I hope he gets a displinary for his actions as I am appalled. This happened at the co-op on Seymour road, Gloucester

I am appalled at my experience at the coop today. I came in with my boyfriend for him to withdraw money and do some shopping. While my boyfriend was withdrawing money from the cash machine at the back of the shop I was at the front of the shop starting my shopping when the team manger (didn’t see his name, oldish guy with glasses and white short hair) stood by me beacuse another worker on the till told him to go watch my boyfriend so he was looking at him down the isle I was in he then called him “scum” to the other member of staff. Now I know personally as I work in retail you always have to be vigilant about thief’s and I have no problem with that but to stand and talk about a customer in front of another customer in that way and call them “scum” is appalling and I am very disappointed with the service I then received from him at the till, chucked the bag on the till for me and then when I gave him a £20 note to pay he made a comment saying “lots of fake 20s at the moment”. I am deeply disappointed and hope action is taken as is disgusting behaviour for a team manger.

Pretty big shop but really poor selection of products. Bearly any healthy products. Very limited options for fruits and vegetables. Mostly snacks, sweets and other junk food on the shelves. Also pretty expensive.

Think twice before leaving your Hermes parcels there. My parcel had got lost but a young lady soon found it almost a week later whilst I was in the shop enquiring about my last parcel. How hard can it be to put it in the correct pile to be collected. This is not the first time this has happened unfortunately my last parcel that went missing in the shop was never find. I would advice others to use the courier pick up service ok it costs 50p but at least you know your parcels are safe

Good selection of products. Always come here for evening snacks with my boyfriend. Prices are pretty high tho

Friendly staff with a cashpoint at the back, overall great little shop
