Opening times wrong. Popped out to by some female essentials on Sunday night at 2310 to discover the shop closed. Understandable but both their website and their google presence sys they are open, probably won't go back as only decided to use as they were the only close place open on a Sunday evening. 2 min of diligence to their online presence would have solved this and prevented me wasting 40min of my time.

alot of the prices on the shelves dont match what they ring up on the till. if you dont notice you may be overcharged. with tescos round the corner they cant compete with alot of prices.

good selection of booze though

It's only a penny but when thay always short change me. I have to ask for the penny back why is it OK to steal off ur customers. And why are the prices different when u get to the till. Very dodgy shop

I like kingsway premier as i use laundrymat next door and they don't mind if you just need change or do bits and pieces shopping and they open early so plenty of parking

Has to compete with tesco express but its let down by customers or passers by dropping cigarette ends, take away rubbish. Needs a bin there.

Says above door open till 11.30 Monday - Saturday, Walked past 3 times now just after 11 and they’re closed, Why put closing times if it a load of lies

Brought an e-lux vape, took it out the shop and opened it and it had leaked all the juice out into the packet. Walked back into the shop for the main owner to tell me it must be my fault and his dont have faults. 14.49 wasted, Absolutely ridiculous service. Unwilling to help

Variety of products but workers cannot do math and try to scam for money saying you gave less money but when mentioned to check on cameras they suddenly are okay. Most products don't have prices and they charge you each time different price for same product. Avoid.
