Isle blocked as usual. And this time the fire exit partially blocked with cages. Eventually found a member of staff which happened to be a manager who wasn't attentive until I said I did have a picture if he wanted to see! Why the want customers in when they have a delivery!!! Assistant on till was extremely polite and nice

Good quality produce on sale. I bought their fruit and veg offers and they lasted and were very fresh. Store is well stocked, clean and tidy. Can get a bit busy at times and really could do with a couple of self service tills to aid the queues. Lots of parking outside.

Great range of items, clean airy store and very friendly staff. My only criticism is that there is no self service or aisle for 10 items or less. Having said that the young man on the checkout lane I was in was extremely efficient but at the same time was friendly and welcoming.

A place for a bargain. A great selection of food, toiletries and homeware items. A big store with everything you need. Beware on weekends it gets very very busy. The glass fridges that keep food fresh might be innovative but are difficult to access at times with lots of people around. Sometimes you get reductions up to 75% on fresh food. Special buys are arranged in the middle of the store and are always worth a browse.

Shocking, we have been to several Aldi stores but this new is very poor. Shelves are quite often empty the centre Isle bins are always a mess. The staff not at all friendly. I wouldn't bother shopping here. The Cowdray one is much nicer always clean and tidy and inviting.

Only think I can moan about is that floor assistants were flying around with pallets of stock on the trolleys. Some probably going bit too fast. I understand that it is busy before Christmas, but I had a couple of near misses. Normally, I would shop with my toddler. I'm glad that I have arranged childcare on this occasion.

We shopped here late one evening which is much better if you do not like crowded shops. A good array of products, and no waiting around at tills. Think I will shop late evening more often.
