ALDI

A fantastic and needed addition to the Tunbridge Wells area. It provides a great variety of non-branded products that are equal, if not superior to the branded and gives the town more choice of retail. This stores has also adapted well to its market, having more of a professional and high quality finish to its design. Compared to some other aldis I've visited, this one shows of a lot awareness of its market, who are used to higher priced stores (Waitrose etc.).

Aldi is in the Industrial estate of Tunbridge Wells - there’s a lot of parking and surrounding it is B&Q and Starbucks.
The shop itself is of medium size but has all the essentials of fish, meat, fruit and veg. If coming towards the end of day, fruit and veg is next to nothing so that is a negative (doesn’t seem like they restock).

It's Aldi. Probably my biggest concern is that being takes too long. This is almost certainly stopping local staff from buying lunch as it just takes too long. Aldi need a self scan section for small number of items, that or more checkout staff. It's a shame as I would go more often if it took less time.

Great produce, slightly under stocked, but it depends what time of day you go.

Returned a special buy Christmas present for the Grand Daughter because it didn't work. The instructions are very clear and to take the item to the store and they will credit it on the spot needless to say they couldn't deal with it told to takeit away and refered me to a web site for further instructions. I suppose it's a case of don't believe what you read. What a waste of time!

Good store too many pallets left in the aisles and not enough staff on the tills often. But overall not bad for an aldi

Didn't find much that I wanted to buy but reasonably priced

Always best prices just this queue to the tills...look like they are always short of staff
