It's a collection point for several couriers but the owner is so rude and unfriendly. I was forced to come back the day after to collect my parcel cause they were unable to track it through several couriers.

Corroborating earlier comments - the person who runs this shop is extremely dismissive. He doesn’t understand the UPS Access Point collection rules and refuses to re-read them. Avoid having things sent here if at all possible.

Went to collect my ups only to be told they’re too busy and to come back. I needed the parcel today. Wish I’d read the reviews before hand.

They refused a service dog into the shop which helps with anxiety and they also refused Guide Dogs. I will not spend my money in this newsagent again. Bloody rude.

if the price is not printed on the label of what you are buying the owner will overcharge you, AVOID!!!!

The men here make my girlfriend and her friends feel uncomfortable, making inappropriate and weird comments. We've decided not to shop here anymore. Never thought I'd leave a review for a Londis, but seems like others have experienced the same and wanted to echo their feelings.
