Every time I've been in this shop to return a parcel, the shopkeeper is so miserable, unhelpful and unfriendly.

Get a smile on your face, 'Mr Shopkeeper' and more people may want to enter your shop and actually buy something. It costs nothing to smile and have polite manners. A 'please' and 'thank you' goes a long way.

I went to return a parcel today and the shopkeeper refused to take it . He said that he can't take big return parcels on Weekends but it's not mentioned any where . I asked him to take it as I carried it all the way but he was unhelpful .

Always friendly available throughout pandemic collect your Parcels send them also international money transfer..

Looked for freshly baked croissants. No longer provided

This is my local conviniance store and sells everything a mini market does but also stocks some surprises such as puncture kit's for bicycles so having to wait for B&Q to open at 10am on a Sunday is now unnecessary. You can always phone the shop first to see whether they have what you want. Every time I have called the phone was answered.
