I do not normally write the reviews, however this time I believe it is necessary and I hope the management will note the comments. I visited the shop on Monday, the bank holiday and was not impressed.

1- The employees are rude. They serve the customers with a miserable face and in a manner that makes the customer feel like they are doing a massive favour by serving him/her. Come on, people in the UK love friendly and polite staff members that serve them!

2- The pastry that I bought was undercooked (raw), therefore went straight into the bin. Please check that your produce is cooked properly, otherwise people can get the food poisoning.

However, fairly speaking, there is a very good variety of foods and drinks available in store and the prices are okay, and the only issue is the staff members who hate their jobs.

Good range of products however some old staff members gotta remind themselves how you shld behave towards customers. If not for the new girls, which are always lovely and polite, I wouldnt even give 1*. The lady behind the meat counter (short blond hair with bangs, old team member is one of the worst, she never sees any customers waiting in a long queue, as she's too busy chatting or pretending doing sth "more important").

Fantastic selection of Polish meats, drinks, snacks etc. Staff are friendly too. If you like Polish food and enjoy their products then look no further!

Great choice of polish products! Customer service amazing apart from one tall girl with long hair, wears glasses.She was really rude.

Great selection of goods with friendly service but if you are planning to use their "customer parking" at the back, beware. I got a fine for parking on private property. After showing receipt of shopping there for less than 10 minutes the song has changed that I parked in obstructive way.
First and last time shopping at Kujawiak. Such a shame.

Best polish shop. It is clean. The meat counter is very organised and has fresh meat.

Great range of Polish products at reduced prices. Also at the entrance of the shop they do great snacks ,waffles and ice cream... Yesterday I bought a large ice cream with both the flavours chocolate and vanilla for £3.50 . It was sooo worth it. Tasted kind of different from other ice creams ...I loved it. And will definitely go there again.
