Not impressed with the staff. One man I spoke to could not understand English and was no help whatsover, when asked if someone else could help me he said they were busy.

Avacados at 95p each were black inside and cheese slices that looked similar to Dairylee tasted revolting.

Sorry not impressed.

Wide variety of vegan options at a frection of the cost of main supermarkets. Taste is extra great as well - I'm not sure if products are readily available all the time. Self check out and manned tills available. Depending on the time of day parking is widely available. Clean and tidy store.

Variety of low priced items at one place.

Recently I was ,,served" by an elderly blondish shop assistant called Toni at West Drayton Aldi.Her service was very poor. No answer to my greeting, no hi,she was just ignoring me completely.After scanning my items she just grabbed my money without any thanks.No goodbye, nothing.She made me feel very unwelcomed. I think she needs at least the basic customer service training.

8 self checkouts but only 3-4 are open at a time (even when there are long queues on Saturday and Sunday). If you are younger the staff rush towards you and stand right behind you making sure you don’t steal (which is quite offensive to be honest), you think I can’t afford some potatoes? The older women also tend to argue a lot with customers, seen it happen quite a few times.

Had a bad experience at Aldi west Drayton today self check out today as I asked the lady at self check out named MONICA to scan two bags at self checkout she scanned them and I tapped my card as I walked out MONICA decided to scream from self check out to the tills that I didn’t pay for my bags this created a big scene I returned to self checkout again and Monica-tapped the bags again it didn’t work ,Monica tried two more times before it went through so I’m assuming there was a problem with the tillls . When I did finally work Monica gave attitude and walked away. I told her there was no need for the attitude or for her to embarrass a family infront of the store when she started shouting and verbally abusing us before I had to call for a manager . I will be escalating this further and not be returning to the store .

The quality is not upto the mark. Cannot trust the processed foods, especially the product package with Aldi label. Pasta and yoghurt bought here made me to rethink before visiting Aldi.

Ok kind of store.
As in many Aldi stores the long queues are a problem.
