Cudi Food Center West Green

Wonderful store, wonderful people above expectations, one day I dropped my bag, they replaced the pickle jar immediately without any cost, they even found my earbuds when I lost them in that bag. Wonderful welcoming people, is a delight to do shopping every time. Fresh food always.

My flatmate and I are regular customers for over a year, we have never had an issue until now. This is the second time I have had a negative encounter with the same staff member at this store. The first time took place a few weeks ago, this man was unhappy and rude as I did not say out loud that I was wanting to pay by card. When I clearly was not taking any cash out and was holding my apply pay by the reader. He stated 'I cannot read your mind'. This is not how staff should be speaking to customers.

The second time happened today at around 8:45pm. The same male staff member sighed and said 'oh my god' out loud, in a rude and unprofessional manner when I asked why I could not pay part of my balance in cash and card. Then went ahead and said 'what is wrong with you'. This individual has very poor customer service and has no knowledge of communicating with customers at all.

I myself run a business and I as well as your store know exactly how staff should be treating new and old customers on a daily. There are many lovely staff members in Cudi, but this man is nothing but unprofessional, rude and impatient. I do not like giving bad reviews, but this is the second time this has happened with this man, and I believe he has crossed the line.

Please be careful in this store. Several times they increase my bill by a serious amount. Each time the excuse is that the saleswoman is new and makes mistakes. The mistakes are at the expense of the client with 5-6 pounds on top.

It's got lots of fruits plus butchers+general household shopping food type.

kind and helpful - they actually answer their phone number if you ring to ask if they've got something you need, eg if their top-up machine is working - crucial information sometimes! plus lovely fresh groceries of course! thank you :)

I have been a local Haringey resident for years and this place is by far the best for groceries. They were reliable throughout lockdown and i think everyone should support local businesses. Well done Cudi

Great good centre with a large variety of fresh goods. Always buy my bread here that's made fresh every morning. Can't reccomend enough 👍
