Brilliant customer service. Small outlet though with parking.

Huge let down in service
I ordered a case of dessert wine for a New Years party. Despite using the
holiday delivery schedule on their site, not only did nothing turn up in time,
but it took nearly a week and three separate customer service inquiries to
get an explanation from the company about what had happened. Eventually
I got short email stating they'd taken my money despite not having the item
in stock! The shop then took another nine das to process my refund.
The company should adjust their system to let people know whether items
are in stock or not so they don't create false expectations that goods will
arrive on time. There should also be a shorter processing time for refunds
and better customer service.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Simply different class.

Today, I took my children shopping with me and suddenly my son, started feeling sick. Without being prompted one of the managers( assumption) sprung into action and quickly made my son as comfortable as possible, got him a bag and a bottle of water.

I can honestly say, this was such a class act and I was touched by his actions and the sincerity of it.

Waitrose you have a customer for life now and I would like you to pass on my thanks and gratitude to this incredible member of staff you have. I didn’t grab a name but he was an older gent, about 55 years of age and was an absolute legend. Thank you for all your help sir, you were different class.

Lovely bright, open & airy shop, a great outlet, (just a shame it occupies what was a great large pub). Only downside is there are disabled spaces opposite the entrance which appear not to be managed, as often non-blue badge drivers park there.

Nice little Waitrose. Great for quick shopping. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great choice of quality food and groceries. Friendly staff. Store laid out well and clean and has free car parking for customers. Plenty of items related to Christmas

Friendly staff! Great quality convenience in a compact store. Car park with electric charging points also a bonus. Only disappointment is a recent reorganisation of the shop floor and somewhat reduced range of goods. Not sure the 'B' word has anything to do with it???

Quick in and out. You can find most of stuff quickly but limited organic food/vegetables & fruits!

Have to change my review, dropping from 4 to 1 star. Have stopped shopping there as many products are not available especially organic fruit and vegetables (eg blueberries, strawberry, tomatoes etc) since I was ending up going to Sainsburys after calling here. No any organic ribeye steak, fillet steak but you can only find low quality rumb steak!. The whiskes are now kept behind the counter. You need wait someone to come to serve you at counter. Also one cannot read the descriptions of the whiskeys in order to decide which one to buy whilst other waiting behind you in the queue. This place is going downhill at fast speed. It's no longer a place with the standards that you expect from a waitrose branch!
