Used to shop there frequently, ignoring the bad customer service for the sake of convenience as the shop is located right on my way home from uni/ work. However the staff's chit chat between each other or with customers they knew, that made me wait extra time every single time and their often rude attitude made me look for a shop elsewhere. Also, the shop is very small and always overcrowded, making it difficult to move around, and turning a simple shopping in to a nightmare.
Literally one minute down the road I found another shop, with much better selection of food and a very friendly and helpful staff. Although I am very happy with other Mleczko shops (when I do go there) I will not be coming back to that particular one.

Finally found a place for all my polish sweet treats and vodkas. They do many other products including a deil in the back for meats and cheese. Price are very reasonable seeing as this need to be import from Poland. Feels like I was back in Warsaw.

Very lovely selection of deli meats, cheeses, smoked fishz freshly baked pies and sweet pastries, and raw meet such as chicken liver, hearts, gizzards, pork, etc. It also has big fridge area with traditional Polish food, good bread selection. Outside, you can get seasonal vegetables. Mleczko offers its customers loyalty card so be sure to enquire about it in the shop.

I love their products because they are like ours.I've been a regular customer for 4 years. The sellers tricked me several times. There were 2 butter sold for £ 5, the regular price was £ 1.40! There is a young man who charged for products I didn't even buy! It doesn’t feel good that leaving the shop and is my first thing to look at the bills is how much they cheated on. They charged more money than I bought! That's how it happened yesterday, unfortunately I can't go back because I live 30 miles from the store! I went back several times and apologized, they gave me the money back! I also got a loyalty card because I tend to leave a lot of money in the store, I am very disappointed, I tried to contact the store but despite calling me on the phone they were not picked up.

One of the best polish shops in London. Bit small, but having a good range of products. Cheese selection is amazing.

Always friendly, great fresh food and some of the best bread in the area. Tempting array of vodkas too.
