Ocado Dordon

After watching DJ audits carry out an audit on this place. The staff are really rude and have no knowledge of the law and what a photographer can do from a public pavement. Shocking security. Need some educating!! Would never buy from Ocado!!

So, here we have security who harass and assault public photographers! Lets see if the management are professional and deal with this situation as they should! Great public image, OCADO DOEDON!

Can be long delays. My mate went there. Over 5 hours delay. Went back into transport. And asked for lunch. They gave him sandwiches. and a drink. Happy days.😀

I delivered here this evening, I arrived an hour before my booking in time so I expected a wait, I was then allocated a bay some 45 mins later.

So far, so good. Meanwhile, two other trucks came in and straight on their allocated bays and were then tipped before me, the Goods In staff said it was because they had fewer pallets on!

....irrespective of having fewer pallets, vehicles should be tipped on a first come/ first served basis, I am now running close to my 15hr point now because unloading staff prioritised easier vehicles.

1 star is generous!

Absolutely ridiculous over 2 hours time wasted because of shift change and they wonder where money if lost.

Worst job experience, but that was in the past. Expensive products and missing items on delivery... stay away
