Best grocery store in East London. Has an amazing selection of products, staff are extremely friendly and will always go the extra mile to get what you need. Also has a prayer area if needed.

East London's bad boy sylheti grocery store. You can get you gua and pan from there. We'll stocked, been a customer for more than 35 years. Prices are way cheaper than Mas Bazar and and Gandhi etc, they have car park at rear. Good range of Asian fish, poultry and meats to vegetables.

Today 24th August around 10:30-11:15am I bought a pack of Humza Paratha (20pcs) family pack. I have been eating paratha for breakfast all my life and have had bought few other brands. This was my First experience Humza. The moment I opened the pack and took 2 paratha for prepare all I see is some rough dough flour. I had called them and ask this item is not habitable as there is no way to cook (even a 5yrs old child know how to cook paratha). The person answers the phone said if I’m local then bring it back to them they will replace / refund. I returned to the shop immediately and went to the back counter (reception) and confirm my query and someone said take a new one or alternative one and give the open ones to sales counter and there is no need to pay again. Soon I reached to the counter and explain my experience and the two old guy from the counter make alliance in full house and tried / pretended I’m wrong. Why did I opened it? I don’t know how to cook paratha? They stop in the middle while serving others and act like if they had chance they would fight with me. So this only a Paratha pack cost £3 but what is their principal?? I have been doing shopping since I moved the this area from theirs. I would bring the attention from the related authority to see this matter as well all suppliers responsible for selling the worst non habitable frozen item and ripped ppl pocket and deny the trust of the customers. There’s no manners at all in the checkout counters. Some 1953 old illiterate fool works there and ruining ppls mode. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😠

Rude staff, when you get asked "what do you want" that's when you you know it's not the place you want to spend your money in. I mean it's not like as if I asked for free stuff. If you are the owner reading this review please train your staff politeness/ customer service. It's a shame they do have a few things under one roof. Parking at the rear well enough said.

I don't understand why it's so hard for them to put prices on products. Bought two fruits costing me x5more. Would of been cheaper to walk up to the market get the same quality produce for better price.

One of the most overpriced bengali supermarkets in East London. They conveniently don't put prices on products so they can make it up as they go along and charge extra.

Good availability for South Asian goods. Halal butchers are great. The queues get too long tho
