Rudest service i have ever received! Came in to drop of some parcels (as it is a Hermes pick up spot) and the man just looked at me and pulled a face as if i was inconveniencing his day (there was no one in the shop!) - i then asked again if that was okay and he said very sternly 'WAIT!' - then when he eventually started scanning the parcels he threw them to the other side of the counter even though i clearly had 'fragile' written on them! When I asked if he could not throw them he just laughed! Absolutely disgusting behaviour! I will now be driving all the way across town to use another drop off spot rather than go to that vile human again!

Very good invariant and atmosphere very well staffed I highly recommend going there for all of are customers 👍 😀 and I have worked there for 20 years as a volunteer it's a very Happy and great place to work with friend's and getting to now each other and all of are customers 😀 God bless you all my friend's being there means a lot to me it feels like we are all part of a team and family amongst friend's 😀 I'm very happy working with all of my classes friend's who feels like 👍 of a family there all helping each other out also helping me feel more comfortable and confident and building up my confidence with staff and customers xXx

You have to use cash to top up keys at the pay zone but they charge you £1 to withdraw money, quite exploitative tbh. Nowhere to lock up a bike. That plus the grim atmosphere means I won’t be returning

Staff are rude, i walked in and the person who was working there stood next to me didn’t offer to help as I was struggling to open the heavy door with a pram then walked off and didn’t say a word to me, I then tried to collect my parcel that has already arrived in the shop 2 days before and was told to come back later with no explanation to why it couldn’t be given there and then, like you can with every other shop.
Do not recommend shopping here.

Guy at the till was friendly and welcoming. Prices for food items somewhat similar to off license usual markup. There is a cash machine inside the store but you will be charged £1.50 for each withdrawal. If you buy lottery tickets or scratch cards, you have to pay in cash. All other store items, you can pay by card/contactless. I see regular customers coming here in the late afternoon or early evening buying alcohol.

Exactly what its supposed to be,, a convenience store but this one has big choice and not over the top pricing.

Great place 9/10 times they have an item you need from parsley to a wooly hat. Huge drinks selection at a reasonable price. Staff are realy a credit to the community always make me feel welcom.

Best grocery store in WGC they got every essential stuffs and services with reasonable price , staffs are very friendly and helpful .
