Best supermarket ever, lovely staff, very polite and the prices are superb.... the food that we've bought is excellent minus the fruit, veg and salad items that seem to be a very hit and miss regarding the overall quality and seem not to last much longer than a day (2 days at the most) even though the bbf date states longer ??
The only other minus is their power tools, and even though very cheap (or seems to be cheap before you have to buy the charger and batteries if buying cordless and thats when the price rockets up and tbh its far better to buy a known branded tool) they are honestly weak and nasty and the boxes that they get sold in are dusty and tatty

Very large supermarket,well stocked.Many tills open so no long queues.Very large parking as well.

Popped into Aldi Stroud today to pick up a few items, including some prepacked pate. I always check use by dates on items, but got distracted and didn't check the pate. When I got home I realised it was already 2 WEÈKS!!!!! past its use by date (today is 3 October and date on pack is 20 Sept).

There can be no acceptable excuse for such poor stock control. Its outright dangerous.

Just bought some Brussels that were rotten in the bag and some parsnips that were full of frost. Very poor quality. Won't use here again.

Very busy. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Staff were cheerful, friendly and efficient. They kept the checkouts moving and the shelves and shop were constantly being replenished with fresh stock

Has everything you need good prices friendly staff good clean shop .

No frills shopping. Can be quite hard to find what you are looking for, I find more so than other Aldis but that could just be me.

Great selection for Christmas food. 40 year old Port was pricier than last year.
