ALDI

I've never actually been inside the shop, I've only been here to click and collect my shopping orders. From the outside it looks like one of the more modern ALDIs. Quite often people will park in the designated click and collect spaces without using the clock and collect services which is quite annoying. Also, if you are using the clock and collect service, CHECK YOUR SHOPPING BEFORE YOU LEAVE! We have had several occasions where we have had items missed and they have not refunded us (I am still waiting for call backs from months ago from a manager for 2 separate orders!)

Went to this Aldi over the usual Newton Abbot after work. Feel bad for the staff as they were all working hard and all very helpful, however it is one of the most stressful shops I have ever done. There was cardboard all over the floor, no availability on products. Felt like a boxing day sale, on a Tuesday afternoon. Left it as 3 stars due to the staff that were on, as I would direct my view towards to management of that area, as this particular (Pinhoe) store, needs more support.

I have had a good food shopping experience here many times.
It is best to check the times you go because it can get very busy in the mornings.
It has become a popular place to shop in pinhoe.

Fairly good choice but would be nice to see some gluten free options.
Also, shame they haven’t amended the spelling of their Kyivs

I use Aldi every week. Good prices. My only beef is that most of their fruit and veg is packaged. I don't want all the packaging and as I live alone I don't want bags of stuff just one or two.

UPDATE:
First click and collect here, and I was very impressed. I text the number on arrival and it only took the time for me to pop the boot and move a few items into the back of the car before they were with me. The order had solely 2 alternatives which I was happy with. Very impressed.

Today it was lovely and quiet there, shelves were packed full with hardly any spaces. I'd prefer there to be out door bred meat or organic meat but couldn't locate any in the chicken section. Lots of new items to browse in homewares as well.

Went at a different time today, in serious need of decardboarding and out of some essentials like eggs and sugar.

Doesnt always have missing stuff in shelves however more often than not are fighting through empty cardboard boxes.

If’s your bank account shouting for help!?well Aldi the German retailer is the best option.
Enough quality ,friendly staff with Sophie,Lisa and Mili as champs,very good management and the best customer service in Pinhoe area.
Thank you Aldi for making me always a pleasant shopping experience.
Highly recommended for all whom are appreciating Germans quality!!
