It's exactly what you'd expect from Aldi. Decent produce and products at good prices. Good range of food and nonfood items. Good sized car park with click and collect bays and disabled bays. But I don't like the way the checkout staff yell all the time; there must be a better way to communicate. Other than that, it ok.

The worst customer service of all the local supermarkets. I've yet to experience one member of staff to acknowledge my or anyone else's existence. Not so much as looking at you and smiling or saying hello at the tills. It's basic customer service, the polar opposite of Lidl.

Got a pair of good quality door mats for just £6. I was really impressed with their wide range of wooden toys. Store was nice and clean.

Did a shop this morning at stapleford Aldi, and the check out staff need training in how to smile and greet customer's. Not one good morning not even a smile, or a thank you. No eye contact,she even looked away when she handed me my receipt. Come on a smile is all it takes. 😊

This place is huge compared to my locals. The shelves were all in order and organised. We were really impressed.

Absolutely no organic fresh fruit.. Stuff on the shelves with today's date on it... Well done.

Extremely limited vegan options, which in this day in age is disappointing.
Range is quite varied for most other products, although the products on offer are a little random.
Great alcohol and cleaning products selection - the range is fab for grabbing a few bits for the house. Car park is spacious but shop inside is a little pokey.
Don't rely on for a full weeks shop.

Staff here are brilliant. Really busy even early morning but extractions opened up. Didn't have to wait even 1 minute before loading my goods onto conveyor. Staff always polite, friendly and professional. A joy to shop here every week.
