Nice place with great staff. The post office staff are particularly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. There is a subway and post office inside and freshly cooked pies and other food. They have recently changed the post office opening times that has reduced the service they offer. This caught me out as I got stuff dropped off in store and was not able to collect as the times had changed in store but not on website of the delivery services, was disappointing. Also the shelves could be rotated more as I found new stock at the front and almost out of date stuff at the back also the facing of the stock on the shelves could be better, this would just improve the look of the shop and help customers find the items they are after. A clearer layout for queuing at the front till would help as well as I see a lot of confused people while I'm in store.
