Poor design to get out of the store to the carpark as it's all stairs and the ramp leads way off to the sides, an odd way of setting it up.
It's a bigger store that can have a greater amount of customers in at once but still with only two tills open, despite long queues. There is room for improvement.

I like Aldi, albeit a bit hectic. It's a very busy store some some items not in stock frequently but you can tell the staff do their best to try and keep it fully stocked.

No change from their old store in bangor, its dirty, plenty of empty boxes and crates all over the shop floor, accident waiting to happen with the mess in this store. Manager needs a good talking to i would say, about a good tidy up. Won't come here again, I go to their llangefni store, witch is much cleaner, and staff are more polite, and no empty boxes thrown along the floor. I would give it zero stars, but won't let me

Decent new Aldi, I preferred the old store it moved from, If you drink bitter shop elsewhere, a whole isle of different lagers and just 4 cans of bitter, and I don't like John Smiths🙄

It was ok but I preferred the old one the high fridges are too high people are struggling to reach items the steps out side are a pain and there are not enough disabled spaces and not well enough posted.

Today was our first visit to this new ALDI in Bangor . The best part of the experience was the delightful girl on the till. She was most considerate and helpful. We had no problems shopping at the old ALDI. The worst experience was actually getting into the building at this new one. At the moment I am using a rollator . My husband parked the car with a blue badge in the correct area, which is nowhere near the door and slightly uphill and I personally found it awkward having to dodge the baskets coming out to the car park. I did have a look around the corner at the other side of the car park which was near the entrance but had some steps; looking further along this section which was for parents with children there was no steps. This would surely have been more sensible for wheelchair users and people with difficulty walking. Do people erecting new buildings ever consider people with disabilities or even consider someone trying getting into the building before completion. This probably is our first and last visit. Really disappointed.

Good quality/choice of food/products. Great prices. New store has good layout & plenty of parking.
