Everything about this Aldi's is pain for me.

Looks a total s*#% hole inside.

Never enough checkouts open so, queue's as long as the eye can see.

And the staff lack even the most basic of customer service skills.

"Hello. £please. Thank you". These are words you'll never hear at this Aldi

We are regular customers in this store, the last time we have been here, the customer service by someone at the tail was very rude and he was shouting at us while other managers were watching him.

I raised a complaint through Aldi website and explained the rude and very poor customer service we received.
#Aldi handled the complaint in an unethical and offensive way, they handled the complaint more rubbish and silly way than their staff who I raised the complaint about.

Moreover, the most rudest response from Aldi is that they issued us a £5 voucher and it seems this is the way their response and their case handling to the complaint !!!

A good store that's normally well stocked and clean. Queues at the tills are controlled well. The store is located in a busy and popular part of Cardiff with plenty of other shops and restaurants around. Due to this at times this store can get very busy. Best time to visit is when the store opens in the morning.

Always has a full range of every food l need, fresh and very tasty. Lots of space between isles enough for a wheelchair also on ground floor. I don't know if they deliver.

Love aldi....Great range of items all at really good prices..love the fresh fruit and veg always good value and always plenty of stock....the olive oil and balsamic vinegar are a great buy

Nice restaurant, good music, great food and not rushed, very well presenter. Would go again.

Its an ok store plenty of stock and rubbish everywhere aisle are full and cant really move needs a good clean up

A good clean and tidy store, easy to get to and plenty of parking spaces, great prices and the middle aisles always have surprises
