Typical co-op, overpriced and not the best quality or range. This used to be a tuffins supermarket and they had a wonderful range of fresh fruit and veg at good prices but unfortunately most tuffins have sold out to co-op and nisa.

Had everything we needed for a top up shop whilst on holiday. Had a good range of goods and staff were friendly, strange layout in 3 areas never seen this before, must be due to the shape of the building. Would use again for a top up !

They have some good reduced items but the customer service is a bit of a joke. If you ask a question about any of their products or services you are always met with a blank stare and gormless expression and no help offered.

Superb customer service!!! I had been let down by an online retailer. I managed to buy a tumble dryer in store and had fantastic same day delivery at no extra cost. Staff really went the extra mile. Highly recommended :)

Excellent supermarket supplying almost everything one needs for life!! Incredible range of goods. Good value. Cheery and helpful staff. Long opening hours. Doesn't look the smartest place on the planet but sometimes you just have to work with what you have - which they do, to great effect. Don't be mis-led by it appearing small from outside; it's real Doctor Who box! I'd swear the back door is in Hereford: it's a huge store. Even has its own multistorey car park. What's not to like apart from the limited range of Beluga Caviars!?

It infuriates me when goods are not priced. Which is quite often. Also some cashiers put goods through far too quickly and all jumbled up, then just sit there twiddling their thumbs whilst the customer struggles to make order out of the cashiers muddle whilst packing their bags. A helping hand from the disorganised cashier would not go amiss. Other cashiers are wonderful and very helpful.
