I have shopped here for years and today 9th April, the middle aged lady with shoulder length hair who served my son and I was short and extremely rude.
I was very disappointed and should have walked out.
We as customers are aware that there are covid restrictions and the many many times I have gone in the other staff members are amazing. This lady today told me to step back, without a please but I then had to tap my card to the machine.
There is also a screen on the counter
She was very dismissive and miserable
There is no need for this at all.
I am so disappointed
It is a shame as all the other staff are fantastic
