Sovereign (key worker accommodation)

Without doubt Sovereign accommodation, Gloucester is one of the best place I have ever stayed. The location, atmosphere, staff and facilities are so incredible that I always feel it is my home. Initially I lived in a shared accommodation in Sovereign which was amazing and the love towards this place made me to move to a 2 bed flat in the same accommodation as I did not have a second thought on it. The new flat is beautiful beyond words, equipped with all essentials ,including parking facilities temporary and permanent.I have been an inmate here for nearly two years and I can easily say the main pillars of attraction in this accommodation is its lovely accommodation officers and staff. They are so approachable, polite, helpful and absolutely amazing all the time and sometimes I wonder how can they main this sustainability all the time. I am sure all the inmates have same opinion. Special mention to Donna, Boris, Ken, Lyn, Chris and all the house keeping and maintenance team. I love this place to bits and I seriously recommend this place to anyone out there as it stands as a true example of excellent hospitality!!

Staff at the accommodation are wonderful, very helpful and flexible with dates etc. Very easy to change booking and book last minute if needed. Communal areas cleaned once a week. The rooms are fine, nothing luxurious but do the job. Kitchens are relatively poorly equipped and were often dirty in between cleans but guess that depends on flat mates (who changed on a daily basis, which I found quite unsettling but that’s the nature of the accommodation). Overall I’d say perfect for a few nights but wouldn’t want to stay more than a few weeks.

Sovereign provides an efficient, friendly service always. The accommodations are neat and comfortable. Maintanance services are quick and perfect. My huge thank goes to Donna Bates for her service as an excellent administrator. Also I would like to appreciate Lyn for her great solutions on difficult times.

Such a lovely team managing the accommodation. Always happy to help. Everything you need at a great price. Lovely staff such as Donna and Patel, thank you for making my stay comfortable.

Great clean accommodation in a very serene location. Walking distance to bus routes and to needed locations. Staff are extremely polite and efficient. Huge thanks to Donna Bates, an absolute superstar!

My husband and I have had a great experience staying in a Sovereign property for almost a year and a half. Not only that the conditions have been very good, but the team managing the accommodation have been extremely helpful, flexible and supportive of our needs. We are extremely grateful for the team's help and for the living conditions and the promptitude with which issues have been resolved. I would recommend them anytime.

I have had a great experience staying here in Gloucester for 3 months. Cleaners work hard to keep all rooms tidy, clean and presentable. Staff are always friendly, and helpful with last minute changes. Special thank you too Riyyaz and Donna who were always kind to me. The whole service is great and I never had any issues while staying here

Just to say that from day 1 of my stay at Sovereign housing I have been impressed by hard working, friendly and helpful housekeeping staffs. They are exceptionally good on their duties.
23/4/2021, After staying here for about 2 years - I am leaving this place. It was a place " home away from home " for me . Thank you everybody for making my stay wonderful and I must say - you have a fantastic team of house keeping .During whole course of the pandemic they were the same caring people with smile on their face, keep it up.
