Liked: The views are second to none; Rob and his team are brilliant, and the site had everything we expected and needed!

Loved the size of the site, with there being a huge choice of pitches that prevented any feeling of being crammed in.

Lots of comments say the site is basic, which I guess it is, although not in a negative way. There are toilets, showers, and dish washing facilities so not sure what else you could ask for.

There would be a bit of a walk to the facilities from the bottom field, but we’re talking no more than 5 minutes! Plus you pitch were you want to, so if you’re happy to walk then that’s down to your choice.

The site is close to St. David’s centre (a mile walk), Caerfai beach (10 minutes walk), and within easy driving distance of all nearby attractions (Solva, Newgale, Whitesands etc…)

We will definitely be back!!

Liked: Friendly and welcoming staff, especially Rob, who was there to greet us and explain the site and facilities making sure he was available 24\7 if needed.
We felt welcomed and although the site was well run, we weren't overwhelmed with unnecessary rules.
The beach was very close and the water was beautiful and clear.
St David's city was also within walking distance, and a garage selling all essentials at the end of the drive.
The facilities were excellent, free hot showers, plenty of toilets and showers available at all times. Although there was one washing up sink, there was plenty of area available and washing up bowls provided to be able to share the hot water and space to do this.
The "Barn Bites" were a unexpected addition to our stay, this was available for the 3 meal times and we enjoyed an evening meal of tacos and quesadillos with loaded fries and milkshakes, a great menu to suit everyone and the food was tasty and hot to take back to our tent, although there was also seating if needed.
I was surprised to find Rob there helping out in the kitchen which gave the site a family run appeal, he seemed to be very present and was offering assistance whenever needed.

Liked: The view was amazing, and a sea view from almost every pitch on any of the 3 fields. Very peaceful and plenty of space despite being the summer school holidays. Good mobile signal throughout the site. I would suggest making sure you have food, as there are no take aways in St David, and only 1 shop, which was pretty well stocked but very busy!
Toilets can be a long walk if you're on the bottom field, but you can always drive there if you're desperate.

Liked: The staff were lovely and helpful. The site itself is situated in a great place with a fab view. Even in the rain, it was lovely. Accessible to the coast path and several beaches. The walk in to the town was only 15 mins and there was a bus to and from Haverfordwest train station. Very happy to say I’d return again.

Disliked: There were limited numbers of showers, but they are in the process of building more!

Liked: Awesome views, great location, 10min cycle ride to the centre of St David's. Good facilities. Staff friendly. 5 mins to small beach. Clean well kept fields. No litter on fields.

Full age range and types of campers. No caravans, vans and tents mainly.

Second year in a row coming here, and will be back.

Great value.

Disliked: Maybe put a volleyball court in somewhere to attract interaction

Liked: With plenty of open space and beautiful views its as close to wild camping as you can get but still have the facilities of toilets and showers. a very short walk down to a gorgeous beach that is also dog friendly, A 20-minute walk takes you to the unspoiled and quaint Saint Davids City, being the smallest city in the UK it has a nice selection of pubs and shops where the fish and chip shop is a must.

Many thanks to Rob and family for their friendly and well-maintained slice of paradise.

We look forward to seeing you again next year.

Liked: Everything, lots of space in between pitches for activities to be played by our boys. Lovely hot showers every morning. Lovely clean facilities. Great place and space to wash up.
The takeaway food was again fantastic and we used several times after long days out at the beach. The food was amazing. Staff were lovely and chatty too full of information and very helpful. I would most definitely use this site again. Have recommended to others too.

Disliked: No negatives to report.
