Mount View Guest House

Stayed here 2 yrs ago and are hopefully staying again in November. The owner is wonderfully welcoming, the room are outstanding, perfectly clean and freshly decorated. The decor is delightful. Breakfast is cooked on request and it is delicious. The Mountview guest house is a short walk from Fins bury Park station and a short walk in the other direction to vibrant Crouch End. We can't wait to visit again.

A really excellent B&B in top strategic location in London. Warm hosts who will cook you breakfast and provide you with any information for interesting places in the vicinity or wider London. Breakfast is to your like, English cooked one or a simple fresh continental. I stayed in Room 1 for 6 nights which equal to 4 stars hotel, spacious space and complete amenities with en suite bathroom.
With this quality, I recommend you book in real advance.

I can't recommend Mount View Guest house enough. I stayed there twice last month, two different rooms, both as comfortable as the other. Great, fresh breakfast, Odette and Daniel are wonderful hosts. I will definitely stay there again!

Because mrs Oddett is the hostess with the mostest every time and the home is beautiful literally on every level every floor every room the garden is fresh white linens French doors open up from
dinning table open up to the perfect rainy garden mr Daniel makes the best eggs I feel like royalty in this home my secret special spot 🇬🇧 Only place I stay when in London for sure⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely guest house, friendly owner, clean with good amenities and great location

The parking was great. The room was lovely and Odette is very helpful . We booked a four night stay and we moved rooms mid way. We wanted to travel mainly by bus around and into London. Things which would have been beneficial to us would have been a guest book showing the area and eating places, where to get buses etc. Whilst the bed and room was comfortable the towels were small. We also thought the electrics were unsafe with the use of adaptors which are out of date. We thought the breakfast wasn't great for us. Yes there is a fridge and fruit, juice and milk left in. But no labels on the 3 jars of cereal. There was toaster but we only had two slices of toast on the first day, then the bread was removed and we were not asked if we wanted a croissant or anything else instead. We feel generally that places that have previously provided a cooked breakfast have used covid as an easy option to not have less inconvenience.
This isn't a place for people with disabilities with the area being surrounded by inclines and steps up to the front door.
We felt given the breakfast the place was pricey. We are however aware of London prices
