Brilliant location, room beautifully clean and tidy, hot shower, tea/coffee stuff and a TV.. what more could you possibly want? Lovely place to stay at a reasonable price! Would highly recommend

This is a great Guest House/Hotel. Comfy, clean, well presented. Room was of a good size. Room was en-suite and again was well presented. Plenty of Tea/Coffee/Sugar. Comfy bed.

I liked the Keyless entry..all details being advised in a timely manner and without any issues. Reasonably priced for location.

The Hotel is in a reasonably quiet road. Other than other guests shutting doors a couple of times, i was not disturbed by any outside or inside noise.

Hotel is situated really close to Cambridge Station, this being only 3-4 minutes walk away. Local Bus Routes also only a few minutes away. It's a 10-15 minute walk into City Centre, 5 minutes by Bus.
A few Pubs/Cafes etc nearby and a Sainsbury's Local so most needs are available nearby.

Overall, a very good place to stay.

Handy self service hotel rooms. No airconditioning, the rooms get really hot. Good location. Could use a vending machine.

Good location. Unfortunately no room service (no cleaning or changing bedsheets and towels) due to covid19. Host didn’t answer our questions by text message.

I stayed in the compact room of this hotel. Room was clean and well equipped, perfect for a night's sleep after travelling. Very conveniently located and would definitely stay again.

There was nothing wrong with the guest house nor the room. We stayed in a triple room and it was fine. What wasn’t fine was the fact that the manager is a complete Karen. She yelled at my two friends who were sitting on the couch on the ground floor (they had their luggage in the lockers). We had checked out just earlier. She made them feel terrible. She wouldn’t even then them use the restroom. She told them they had 5 minutes to leave the premises even though their belongings were in the locker. We have never had such a strange experience with such an unfriendly person, ever. Have some compassion for your guests and know that not everyone is out to get you. You were rude and quick to judge, and presented them with an undignified solution. We’re sorry we stayed there.

Edit: the owner replied which I thought their reply was a joke. Firstly, the room was not booked under my name - it was booked through my friend. How would it be possible for you to track us down through your security footage without you guessing who we are? This is really concerning for me. Secondly, our things spread out all over the floor? Are you kidding me? At most we had was one small luggage but we had backpacks which were in the lockers.

Instead of being so defensive, and abhorrently rude to gaslight us into believing what happened hadn’t happened, I suggest you move on. I think it is completely unprofessional how you’ve written to people in your replies. As much as it can be damaging for your establishment, your comments and feedback to others are a bigger reflection of the property.

I would not recommend for property as it can be quite daunting for others to experience. This was our experience and we are absolutely entitled to how we felt it was. For you to say it wasn’t so is not only insulting but a false perception of what happened. You were not there, and you did not experience what my friends did.
