Really good stay. Owners were lovely, everywhere was decorated really nicely, had everything we needed in the room. Also they were very accommodating in requests and available to help whenever. Parking for three cars out front. Happily go back!

Only stayed here one night, but the guest house was brilliant for the price, didnt have breakfast so couldn't comment on that. I had the top floor room which was amazing, even had sky sports and movies. Definitely recommend.

Basic room only guest house but clean and tidy. Perfect for the working man (or woman!) when you just need to get your head down for the night. Limited parking but plenty of space on the road opposite.

Stayed here a couple of times now once in room 3 and then room 6. Always been nice and comfortable very friendly family and very clean. I would recommend to others who stay also looking forward to my next stay in Warwick and at this Guest house.

Rang ahead and got no answer. Waited and rang again, no one answered the phone again and no answer service. Turned up at the guest house, rang the door and no answer. Rang again on the door bell again and knocked no answer. I must add this was at 17:30 hrs, earliest check in was 16:00 hrs. I then went around the back of the house and banged on the window and a lady came and opened the door. No introduction just an excuse she could not hear the door bell?? Lies or she is deaf! Took me to the room and disappeared. The room was big which was nice but it was dirty, bedding is brown in colour and lacked the ability to show it was completely clean. Mould around the windows and a wardrobe that was dangerous and fell apart on trying to hang clothes in. On leaving we could not find anyone to give keys to. There was no key box or directions what to do with them. Left the keys in the front door of the guest house to make sure that the lazy owner got out of her chair for the £60 they are charging for giving hostel style service. For this price stick to a chain hotel as you know what you will get, Days Inn not far away, stay there if going to the Warwick Castle.

Great rooms friendly owner highly recommend stayed in the family room and my kids and I had a fantastic stay highly recommended to every one will be staying in this room and at this guest house every chance I get would give 6 stars if I could.

It could easily be called the worst guest housse I have stayed at the reason why we booked this guest house is ,the reviews.Well ,this time it didn't work fr us .I am writing this review and the old lady ,I am sure ,doesn't even know we were there.I saw her only for a minute.After we had to walk around the house to get her to let us check in .We arrived at 17.30 ish and she was ...no idea where .Walked upstairs after her telling us for the next hour or so she wont be available(Maybe her soap opera was on ?)The room was ,at the first glance ok .Tired,bt ok .Until we started moving around.There is no handle on the bathroom door .The duvet covers were washed ,but the pillows most likely weren't.I had to cover our pillows with towels.Pillows were so uncomfortable and old.The bed sheets were very untidy .There was absolutely no pride in their houose or hospitality whatsoever.The room door very loose as wel.In the morning ,someone just opened the door ,before 9 am ,no knocking ,no apologies,and left.In the morning I have tried to knock on private door in hope I could get a sache of coffe,as they put 5 saches when there was two of us....No respons.The room for what it was was extremely over priced .My standards are not too high as ,I love staying at travelodges,which is the minimum .But comon ,people .How can this be more than 2 stars?How come you keep giving more to people who clearly dont care about their own house ,business?
