I enjoyed my stay very much, I was left to my own devices and enjoyed reading my book and lounging on the grass in the sun. The room was very small but as it was only me there it was plenty big enough. I loved that there were French doors out onto the patio and grass field straight from my room. I felt very secluded and safe. Would recommend 👌

The hotel itself is in a great location, but everything else gets worse from here. The shower was hit and miss, as it went from hot to burning hot, which isn't ideal in August. There was no sign of any breakfast buffet or dinner service, which was a bit disappointing. The rooms themselves are dated and could do with a refurb, and the carpet needed a deep clean. Other than this it is ok but for the price it isn't really worth it. Would only recommend as an alternative to the hotels at Gatwick itself.

Staff that we saw were friendly enough. Our room for 3 adults was OK but none of the plug sockets worked. Bedside lamps unusable as no sockets working. Double bed wasn't very comfortable at all and could do with a new mattress. We opened the window which was on some sort of spring and then couldn't reach to close it again so it was open all night. Not very generous with the teabags etc.... for 3 adults to share. Carpets are very dated and could do with a good clean. Hall and stair carpet was also really dirty and stained. The room door was about an inch too short for the frame so the hallway light lit up the room all night which wasn't ideal. Needs some money put into it to bring it up to date with furnishings and a comfy bed. Our stay was for 1 night so was bearable but wouldn't like to have stayed any longer.

Lovely place, nice view around hotel, very quiet. It is a budget hotel and one of the nicer ones I have stayed in. A good firm bed, good shower,, very large fluffy white towels, extra pillows in wardrobe, check-in and out was very easy. I would stay again. The staff were very welcoming and friendly ,and the owners are really good to us, they went above and beyond with their excellent service i will definately recommend this place, i know i will be going back there very soon.

Overall I would say it is a decent hotel. But I would say the communication needs to improve no one ever picks up the phone I tried ringing them a couple of times to talk to them about a situation that I had with the arrival time but no one answered the phone after having tried on multiple occasions for 3 days. This caused a minor inconvenience to me. Other than that the stay was pleasant. I spent a night here and the staff was friendly and the room was okay.

Comfortable rooms with kettle, tea and milk. Sadly the restaurant hasn't been open for months and there's nowhere to eat within walking distance. The plug was stuck down in the wash basin so the water couldn't run away and after running the shower for a very long time the best I could get was luke warm . But it is very convenient for Gatwick North Terminal.

The location of the hotel adds the value to the place. The services, rooms, especially the staff in the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was very hygienic with fresh air and greenery everywhere.
The hotel has ample parking space.
Would definitely recommend the Hotel.
