Do NOT stay at this property. Rude. Arrogant. Scam Artists.

They do not adhere to their own booking or cancellation policies. I wish I had read more reviews / taken other guests’ reviews more seriously. They are not interested in you as a guest only ripping you off.

Fantastic location but the cleanliness and male owner are disgusting.

My partner and I were let in to our room early by the female owner, who was very accomodating, when we noticed there were moths in the room. We asked the male for a vacuum cleaner after we'd had lunch so that we could hoover them up ourselves as we'd rather not have our clothes and carpets eaten by their larvae.

At this point, he turned into Gollum, or Bilbo in Rivendell, whenever someone mentions the ring. I've never in my life seen anybody so reluctant to hand over a hoover.

At first he was denying that there were any moths, then picked at what he assumed to be a speck of dirt only to have it fly in his face. Then he turned hostile. Shouting at my partner, slamming doors, telling us to leave and then denying that we'd paid for the room.

The woman, who I assume to be his poor wife, then came and deescalated the situation reasonably well, eventually giving us a hoover. Gollum remained lurking in the doorway, trying to claim that the whole affair was a two-way thing. He clearly has a problem with women, or maybe a power issue, he was more than happy raising his voice to a 5 ft woman who was perfectly calm and yet he was deathly silent when I was slightly less calm in my replies.

We were in Harnham itself for a wedding, otherwise we probably would have left. After the nonsense above, we had a look at the room. The kettle had no filter and was covered in limescale, the fan was broken and the sheets had numerous mouldy stains.

A shame, really, as the location is fantastic with Salisbury only a very pleasant short walk away.

This guest house was the perfect location to stay in Salisbury. The guest house itself is quite small with only 5 or 6 rooms and a breakfastroom. We really enjoyed our cozy room with a comfy bed and free tee or hot chocolate every day. Breakfast could be chosen the evening before and was freshly made at breakfast. There also was a small selection of cereals and yoghurts. I had an english breakfast and the porridge and both was very tasty.
The guesthouse is located a bit outside the hustle and bustle of Salisbury but therefore very quiet and with a beautiful walk into the city and views of the cathedral.

Great B&B, fully renovated but keeping the charm. Lovely foot path throw the countryside to join Salisbury's center in 15min max. Good breakfast. Very nice bedroom.

Quirky Bed and Breakfast located on the edge of Salisbury meadows. Adjacent to a beautiful 12 th century Inn with original arrow slots. Beautiful pond and weirs. The building is all single floor although there is a very large step at the entrance. Room was large clean and comfortable although there was some noise from passers by walking in front of the to. Breakfast was fine although not that large and served in an early time slot of 0700 to 0830. One issue was the lack of parking. Only one or two spaces on the road meant s several minute walk with luggage on departure. I was lucky it was not pouring down with rain The area is beautiful however with wet meadows to walk through for the 12 minute walk into town. It's different and a little quaint.
