Slapton Manor

The venue is lovely and the rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are hard working, it was a perfect venue for our daughter's wedding, thank you. I was surprised not to have a hair dryer provided but it wasn't a problem. I was very disappointed by the post wedding breakfast - they didn't cater for dietary requirements and I had to provide my own bread and then pay £12 for 3 rashers of bacon, half a dozen grapes and 4 strawberries - I couldn't eat anything else offered and I finished the small fruit (didn't fancy apples or oranges given the number of wasps wanting to share). My husband and the rest of our party found the breakfast tasty but considering that you'd pay only a little extra at a fairly decent bistro for a ribeye steak and all the extras I still feel that £12 for bread, yogurt, fruit, croissants, bacon and sausage is too expensive, even if you can eat it all, however to reiterate the rooms are lovely, the surrounding countryside is stunning, the owner and their staff are lovely and helpful and I would recommend and stay again, I'd just cater for myself!

This is a nice little spot. It's best if you're find of dogs. I was there when it was brutally hot (for England), and a little air conditioning would have made things nicer.

Very friendly family business, always aware of your needs. High standards. Absolutely lovely location in stunning Northamptonshire countryside. Located right next to a beautiful, old church. Great walks within minutes of the farm.

Great place to stay very clean and warm staff are brilliant, in the countryside no noise if you like peace and quiet would definitely recommend

We hosted our sisters civil wedding ceremony at Slapton Manor. Wow. Sam and her family couldn’t do enough for us. From the initial enquiry to the last bye bye,Sam and her family were so helpful, supportive, accommodating and professional.

The venue is simply amazing. Our sister wanted a barn wedding and that’s exactly what she got. From the barn to the outside courtyard to the main marquee everything was so perfect. All of our guests were so amazed.

I would highly recommend Slapton Manor. Perfect venue for your special day.

Quite disappointed the reviews ranking aren't at 5.0 yet, lovely place 😄.They've got excellent customer service. Country , Cozy and Comfy would be top three qualifying words for the four weeks I have spent here. Strongly recommended for vacationers and sojourners.

Beautiful accommodation, buildings and farm. I stayed overnight for a wedding and the rooms were large, clean and inviting. Hot water, great amenities and a beautiful ane big breakfast choice. A beautiful venue, and i felt the staff were on hand when we needed them, but left us to our own devices when we wanted. A beautiful few days, and i can't wait to come back and celebrate again for the full wedding next summer in the tent out on the field!

I photographed a beautiful wedding on Friday and thought the venue was gorgeous, beautiful ceremony barn with spacious courtyard and the marquee allowed room for the wedding breakfast and dancing. The views are stunning and plenty of areas for group and couple images. Thank you to all the staff for your warm welcome. I shall certainly recommend to couples x
