This is absolutely a gem in Holyhead !. The room is amazing and so comfortable !. It is simply beautiful , with a TV set , big bathroom , little cafeteria and nice view from the window . In every room there is a card which includes all information you need starting from cafes near by , ending on the dentist services if you need . This is just incredible . I never experienced such a care from the hosts before , who are so thoughtful . They just give you really all the information you might need while staying here . I am so happy . This is the best place I have ever stayed on my travels . 10 stars !

Beautiful rooms & decor. Large bathroom in room 7.
Ideally situated if you're catching a ferry⛴
Lovely breakfast(extra cost)Friendly & helpful hosts🥰 Easy to find parking.
Only downside for myself is that my room was on second floor & I have a back disability. Not hosts fault though as I didn't think to ask beforehand.
Would definitely stay again!

Very welcoming owners.
Nice clean room.
Lovely breakfast with options.
Owners want you to enjoy there stay and have a nice home made brochure of things to do.
Would happily go back there

It’s a classic seaside B&B. Clean, quiet comfortable rooms. The owners are friendly and welcoming, breakfast was great. Lovely location overlooking the harbor, five or ten minutes walk from the ferry terminal.

Bit dated , I had two cancel the second night whilst I was there due to emergency back home, so losta lot of money ,
Maybe phil the owner will allow me a free night next time I visit ?
He is a good host of the B&B

Possibly the cleanest place I have stayed in a long time and I have stayed in a lot of high end hotels with my work. This place puts them to shame for the care taken in the make up of the room and it's bespoke decor made for a homely yet crisp feeling.
Friendly welcome, easy parking, would definitely return here if we came up again.

Absolutely ZERO stars to The Haven Guest House, Holyhead, Isle of Anglesey place simply for the customer service experience. We booked this place with an excitement to try it and give an opportunity to the small business. Our ferry from Dublin is supposed to arrive at 00:20, it was the ONLY time available during to the bank holiday. I communicated it to the hosts. They replied that they are canceling my reservation with the super short notice literally leaving me with almost zero chances of rebooking any place in time. Would you like to know the reason for the owners of the Heaven Guest House cancelation? According to their words they are not allow guests to check in after 22:30 no exceptions, nobody cares if you ferry arrives at 00:20 or if you have a late flight. "The reason is that we have had bad experiences in the past. Guests arriving late, sometimes drunk and waking everyone up. It is very noisy for guests in bed." - That's what they told me. No one cared that I don't drink alcohol nor loud at all. That is why I am giving 1 star (honesty zero or lower) to The Haven Guest House, Holyhead, do not recommend this place to anyone and wish to the owners that they would get treated exactly the same way that they treat their customers/potential customers.
