The Old Vicarage Dolfor

A quick one-nighter at this lovely guest house. We received a nice, warm welcome from the owners and were shown our lovely double bedroom. Good comfy bed with a nice big bathroom, rain shower too! They also packed a breakfast bag for my partner who had to be up very early for work, a really nice touch. I was lucky to enjoy the breakfast in house, super tasty.

Tim & Helen run a stunning guest house with immaculate rooms, stunning views, and with an incredible breakfast.

I stopped here passing with work, but I can imagine it's the perfect couples retreat for a long weekend.

B&B as it should be. Very high standard in all respects; unusual and varied breakfast menu; liked particularly the laverbread omelette; dressing gowns in bathroom a nice luxury touch. Scrupulously clean rooms with everything working as it should. Close to busy A483 but trees blanket traffic noise. Courteous, attentive hosts……

For an away from it all break head to the old vicarage, very pleasant and relaxing stay with an excellent breakfast

In a word. Wonderful. Comfortable bed. Lovely room. A really characterful place to visit. Fantastic breakfast with a twist. I had the smoked mackerel, next time the lava bread omelette I think. Lovely proper porridge too!
Reliable 7kW charge too. Highly recommended.

I had a lovely stay here - beautiful room, everything I needed, roomy pleasant bathroom, comfortable bed, black out blind. Helen and Tim catered for my vegan diet and gave advice about the local area. They recommended the local Dolfor Inn where we had a good dinner and drinks and a warm welcome. Good amount of parking. Keys for the front door with bedroom key.

Had a brilliant 2-night weekend stay at the Old Vicarage last weekend. I arrived slightly earlier than advised but was checked in with no issues whatsoever and was even offered an undercover parking/storage area for my motorbike which was an added bonus!

I was in the "Teme" room which is really big and beautifully finished with lovely views out into the hills. The bathroom was also huge and finished superbly with beautiful roll-top bath.

Breakfast on both days was lovely with loads of choice and their homemade marmalade tasted great.

Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend The Old Vicarage to anyone considering it. Thanks again and hopefully I'll be back sometime in the future!
