The staff are very friendly and polite.although tidy throughout but decor and carpet's are outdated. Bed comfortable. Breakfast of which I 1st asked for smoked Kipper unavailable went with smoked haddock and poached egg was fine

Very quaint and perfect location with free parking around the back. The building is clearly old, but that just adds to the character. The room was clean and we were very happy with it. The breakfast in the morning was large and incredibly delicious, especially the mushrooms.
Make sure you try the ice cream next door too!

Excellent place to stay, room clean, bed very comfortable, Breakfast the best cooked non greasy ever. Staff extremely helpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble, stayed twice, will definitely be back. Hope you have a successful year!

The staff are amazingly friendly - especially the lady that serves breakfast.

Family and co workers have stayed here while visiting Brecon on my recommendation and they have all said how wonderful it is. The owner is very warm and welcoming and you cannot go wrong with the great breakfast in the mornings. It is also ideally located in the town and great for anyone coming into Brecon.

Beautiful B&B, whole place is spotless and smells so fresh and clean. I have the double room with ensuite and it's lovely; nicely decorated, well equipped, quiet and the bed and pillows are top quality and very comfortable.
Neil is so friendly and helpful, he really goes above and beyond the normal standard of service.
Highly recommended.

Niel very helpful. Place being gradually upgraded but still very comfortable and excellent location. Plenty of off street parking too!
