I came as a beginner to Pete as a keen 70s/80s rock fan wanting to play something interesting utising some of the extra time I had in lockdown. Pete is a great all round experienced professional who in addition has widespread experience and knowledge of all the music of that era. Pete is also very patient and positive in finding a way to achieve. I really enjoy the lessons.

I've been having guitar lessons with Peter since lockdown and he has hands down helped to improve my playing and technique, taking it up to the 'next level'. Peter's professional background shines through at every lesson and he has given me excellent advice on how to tackle many different styles of music (I have a pretty eclectic taste!).

Peter is a great teacher and made me feel comfortable from the start despite my reticence. In just a few weeks he has me playing tunes that even my wife recognises! Just returned from my first full lesson, I had a great time! Pete had tabbed and printed out material based on music we discussed in our previous meeting and had loads of friendly encouragement and advice as I tackled it. Thoroughly recommended.

What a great find. Pete’s a great tutor, he’s been teaching me Bass, bringing my playing on week by week, helping me with things like amps and playing in a band setting. Very professional and takes a genuine interest helping me to play the type of music I like. I highly recommend him.
