Excellent tutor. Very relaxed at the lesson and loads of advice on kit (and Wayne gave great advice on sensible kit buying and not spending for the sake of it).
My kids have lessons with Wayne and they have really enjoyed it. He makes the lessons fun but also keeps a good structure and you can see they are improving.

My 10 year old daughter has been having lessons for 8 weeks and has comes on amazingly, Wayne is great at teaching at her pace, pushing her enough to keep her interested but not too much to put her off. Great guitar teacher, highly recommended!

Great teacher. Very patient with my daughter and myself who started lessons together. I always wanted to learn guitar but was too nervous previously but Wayne has a kind and encouraging manner which puts you at ease. Wayne also moved our lessons online when we moved area.

My son has weekly guitar lessons with Wayne and has done for the past 8 months. During this time my son has progressed well, and is now a confident guitar player. His lessons are purposeful and the price is extremely competitive. Unlike some private tuition services, Wayne is keen to develop the pupil quickly and will develop them according to their needs and not to his personal profit. I can't fault Wayne in anyway and my son loves his lesson time.

My son Finn has been having lessons with Wayne for 3 months now. He loves going... Wayne is an excellent teacher he is very patient and encouraging and pitches the lessons right at Finn's level.
The lessons are very reasonably priced... and Wayne has always tried to accommodate us if we need to move a lesson.

My 10-year-old kid has been learning guitar from Wayne for almost 1 year. I would say he is the best guitar teacher for children I have met so far. Before him, we had been very struggling to find a satisfying guitar teacher particularly concerning the current chaotic private tutoring market. After doing some research via google and its review, we found Wayne’s contact and decided to give a go. I am also working in the education field. What I appreciate most is Wayne knows how to communicate with children and to boost their interest rather than simply telling them what to do/follow. That is the central value of education, in my eyes. Needless to say he is very patient as well. Every week it takes half an hour for us to travel from Cardiff to Wayne’s studio and we believe it is worth it. Definitely recommend!
P.S.: I usually only read/"research" google reviews rather than leaving any. Feel worthy to leave one this time to show my appreciation.

My son is loving his lessons each week. Really impressed with the additional online resources also! After only a couple of months the progress is amazing. Really happy!!
