Absolutely brilliant music shop in the heart of Clifton. Steve Treble is an extremely helpful and knowledgeable person. Being a brilliant guitarist and seasoned performer himself, he knows all there is to know about everything in his shop and nothing is too much trouble for him. I have bought guitars from his shop in the past but recently purchased a fabulous vocal PA that Steve highly recommended and my guitarist partner and myself are delighted with it. I had been considering the new Bose PA system but for acoustic guitar and voice, this stylish retro (mock oak-finish) ACUS PA has the best sound I have heard and worked with in long time and is SO wonderfully portable. I highly recommend Treble Rock for good old fashioned customer service!

Not particularly helpful to be honest. I only wanted a strap button put on and it's a 2 week turn around. That would be okay if they had a waiting list and I could drop my guitar in nearer the time but they don't do that. They expected me to leave my guitar there for 2 weeks. I would rather drive to Cardiff and back where they will do it in a couple of days.

I got a vintage Stratocaster serviced at Treblerock. The whole team were passionate about guitars and took so much care over its service. The set up of the guitar is excellent and has made so much difference to how it plays. The charge was very good value. I felt I got a highly skilled, professional and bespoke service from people who really care about what they do. I highly recommend using them and seeing the results in that first jam session.

These guys operate an amazing service, John is very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and honest - I never felt like I was being pressured into buying the top end products. They have a good range of stock here and have some of the best models of each brand. This is the first place I'd recommend for buying a new guitar in Bristol.

Great indépendant music shop. Great knowledge and products inside. They buy in top quality products, and price them affordably. They have an in house guitar/amp/pedal repair tech who is the best in Bristol IMO.

Great guitar and Bass teachers too. if you're in the market for a guitar, I can't guarantee they'll have what you're looking for but they won't push anything on you, you don't want.

Frank at TrebleRock has now set up both my Fender Strat and my PRS McCarty and they play amazingly. Excellent service, fast turnaround and he leaves no stone unturned. My electronics are clean, they play perfectly and the guys in the store are always nice and welcoming. Best tech service I’ve received in Bristol 👌

Excellent shop - Steve was very helpful and I came away very happy with my purchase. I also left my expensive sunglasses in the shop on accident which he happily posted back to London for me the next day free of charge. Lovely shop - lovely guy and I will be going back next time I am in Bristol.

Stuart has recently done a set up on two of my guitars which has breathed some fresh life into them. Great customer service from Stuart and Steve, and a fair price too. Happy customer.
