Dolphina Gymnastics Club

I've just been to a drop-in session. Sadly this session has nothing to do with gymnastics. It is completely unsupported by any member of staff. A small sign on the wall reads 'This is NOT a Safe environment' and reminds parents to watch their children at all times. As children attempt cartwheels, handstands, round-offs on trampolines, off springboards, hang and swing from the bars - no one is guiding them in any way as to the correct way to do these moves without hurting themselves.
After 20 mins a lady with the word coach on her t-shirt walks in. I express my concern and she tells me she is only their for the Holiday Camp kids (those kids at the opposite end of the room that are climbing on equipment without anyone near them)
Basically this is a softplay session with gymnastics equipment - you are better off paying the same amount of money and going to Parents Paradise or Gambados.

Great place to take the kids! Very well equipped large facility with friendly staff and cafe with a good view of the gym hall. A variety of classes and drop in sessions to suit both young and old!

Great gymnastics club, Staff are friendly and professional and the gymnastics equipment and facilities are 5 star!

My daughter has been attending Dolphina since 2014 and her progression and development over the years has been great. The gymnastic equipment is brilliant and the classes are very well structured and organised. There is a lovely cafe on site and viewing gallery. My daughter also had a birthday party at the gym, her friends and my daughter had such a good time. Would highly recommend!

My daughter has been at the club for 5years now and she really loves it, she has great coaches and has progressed lots. Lovely atmosphere very family friendly and great cafe too.

Both of my daughters spent some time there and they didn't learn anything new, I don't think the coaches supported them but they did put their prices up. My daughters are now thriving in a new place....

Disappointed with the service at our party here. No bouncy castle as promised, uncooked food, venue wasn't ready in time for the party. Our email complaint was ignored.

Poor customer service. Very unfriendly. We late because we stuck on the motorway luckily they let my daughter in for lesson, however as soon as we turned back at door a red No Entry string was pulled to block our way back to the coffee or the viewing area. Than Theresa just walked back to sit behind her desk. Very disappointed with the customer service as we were coming here for 6 years and paid so much money for that.
