Blackpool Gymnastics Club

This club is ran purely as a business. The owner Janet has no respect for her customers. You can't pay any other way except cash on the date & time she demands. God forbid your ill she will ring you & threaten to cancel your child's place. This has happened to other parents as well as myself. Many parents have had enough of being spoken to like dirt. We never once paid late & due to illness didn't manage to pay a week in advance.... so I got the rude, arrogant call demanding I pay by the next day. The demand for cash only, at a certain time & date is continuous & exhausting. I won't allow my daughter to attend a class where someone clearly has a problem with finances & has no idea how to conduct themselves! Rude, Rude, Rude!!!!!

Absolutely love it here, as does my boy. Lots of variety and fun to experience.

Paid a YEARLY subscription fee in November 2018 to then be told the renewal is 1st October 2019.

This is a week after I’d just paid for a 6week course for my daughter and decided a week into it we were no longer continuing with gymnastics

So tonight my daughter was excluded from doing any gymnastics because the relevant fees hadn’t been paid.

Not only that - they tried to charge us £6 for the session that we have already paid for!!!

We then asked for our 6week course fee back and got told no chance.

The attitude the staff gave to my wife was absolutely disgusting.

We will be taking this further as a matter of principle.

Pls reply me and my friend wanna come here but we don't know how much it is
