My two daughters attend flics Worcester and absolutely love it. They have also attended numerous parties which have always been brilliant. Highly recommend.

I think the club is fine, eg the supervision of the girls and the actual gymnastics. Children look very happy there, including our grand-daughter. I have given 3 stars, only because of the lack of cleaning and plumbing.
I have only been twice, a fortnight apart. First time the toilets had 'out of order' on the door, so we all had to use a VERY DIRTY toilet labelled 'staff.' The toilet was extremely unpleasant, the basin was filthy, hand drier didn't work. There was a grubby, wet, grey towel on the dirty shelf. This Saturday I was hoping that bad situation had been resolved. But no, toilets still out of order and the staff one was beyond description. Same dirty towel, same marks in the basin as two weeks earlier. There must be several hundred children and adults using it, not to mention the staff serving food in the cafe. Incidentally some of the lighting went out on Sat, so it made it tricky for the girls serving coffee etc. but lights came on soon, so no problem. Please can the toilet(s) be put right? I tried to complain about it at the time, but there was no-one on the reception desk. You are charging the families well for the gym so PLEASE SORT THE TOILETS OUT PROPERLY. As it is a rented property some of the responsibility lies elsewhere! I appreciated being told, as I had counted up the huge number of classes they hold there every week, so one toilet (even if it is clean and they have finally changed the hand towel) is not suitable for men, women and children. I guess around 500 people come there on a Saturday, presumably nearly as many are there the rest of the week. I was offered a free cup of coffee on my next visit, which is kind. JH

A big thank you to the flics team, we do sunday gymnastics which my little boy loves but today he had his 5th birthday party there. I can't say thank you enough, so well organised and the staff were brilliant from start to finish. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to join gymnastics x

Safe for the children attending and new seating on the viewing balcony gives social distancing for parents and grandparents with table service from the cafe👍

Both our daughters absolutely love coming to the gym for holiday club. They get on well with all the staff and get great support when they are nervous about trying new things. It’s great value and highly recommend especially for beginners or children who are a bit anxious

Great gym club with professional staff, a café and play area for toddlers. There is also a dance club on site.
