I have been going to this place for few years now and will definitely recommend it. Staff are friendly and do their best to fit me in any time I request an appointment. I never ask for a particular person as they are all experienced and capable. This also means that I always leave the salon with a different hair style which I like. Thank you all for being amazing

Went here for a haircut today. I wanted to look and feel good! The old lady staff was assigned to me, seeing that I was waiting for long, after my hair wash. From the beginning I maintained that I just wanted a trim and wants to maintain my existing style (showed her a picture for the ease of her reference). I thought she understood about the length, also she reconfirmed the length of my hair I wanted to keep. Then the nightmare began. She started cutting which I thought was going fine, she stopped to chat with others present there from time to time and before I knew she literally started chopping my hair with those scissors in no specific manner. She was just doing something…. not sure what! I ended up having a very very short (above my shoulder) length. The ends were totally uneven and what felt like she just release her frustration of the day on my hair. She was super swift in justifying her action by putting all the blame on me. Then she went and sat on a chair like she did no wrong, while I reported this to the front desk. It is not just about not returning there ever again, but now I will have to wait at least 6 months for this hair to grow so I can give it a descent shape. The salon looks so fancy from outside, but inside they hardly understand English. Yes they didn’t charge me but that barely cuts for the stress and mental harassment I will be enduring for sometime now. Awful service behind all the bling!

I had my colour done, which ended up but experience wasn’t nice. They were late and when I asked how long it will be before taking me, two different ladies came asked loud and rude “what’s the problem..?!”. Anyway later when I had my hair washed, I was so scratched that you wouldn’t even wash dog like this. I asked politely to do it more gently (it supposed to be relaxing time??!) lady abruptly responded it’s first customer who doesn’t like it. After reading reviews I am not the only one. At the end she wanted to straighten with brush my fringe although I clearly asked not for blow dry and to leave them naturally curly. She had no idea who to treat curly hair.

I have been coming to Studio AC for years for my blowdries and nails! All the girls working in the salon are so lovely and very professional. Feel so relaxed whenever I come in for my treatments💕

Nice haircut but the staff was really really rude. I got there for haircut and toner and I have been just directed to sit down without even asking me what haircut/colour I want. The girl washing your hair really goes into your scalp with her nails and it's really not pleasant.
Some other girl comes and starts drying my hair randomly so I tell her I need a haircut and she goes away annoyed. The third girl is finally the one cutting my hair. Passive aggressive through out the cut, at the very end she's almost shouting at me to GET up ("stand up.. JUST GET UP AND TURN!! " so that I can see my hair with a second mirror. I started to get confused as she is shouting at me and once I get up she pulls the chair away from me and gives me the mirror very annoyed as in "do it yourself". They only bothered asking me about the toner when I was at the till.
I will never return. I am more stressed now than when I got here. This haircut was supposed to be a treat for myself and turned into anxiety for no reason.

Love going to Studio ac both for my hair and nails. Everyone is really lovely and I always leave very happy! Thank you for my nails today, Geyna!

Loved it, sorted out my terrible roots in a flash! Kind, talented staff who don't just leave you there with bleach without a timer. Diligently checked the bleach all the way through and I loved the end result!

Been going here for 2 years now and I can say they are really good always make me feel welcome and I come away feeling gorgeous
