Terrible customer service. I'm certain the woman who did my hair is not qualified at all. The treatment I was given was disgraceful. I will be complaining formally.

First all, don’t waste your time and money in this place. From the moment I sat down I knew this hair would not turn out okay because the cornrows was not done properly it was just not clean parted. The cornrows looked like they’ve been in my hair for months, so therefore the was no way the weaving would look good if the foundation was not laid properly. I was disappointed with the whole hair and i would have done a better job myself.

WORST PLACE EVER. My sister got a weave here and was left with a big Matt in the front of her hair. Un able to comb it out herself as it so big clumped and matted together she went back into the shop to ask them to sort it out and ask for a refund and they all just laughed in her face. Nobody tried to even take a look at the damaged they have done. The way she was spoken to from the manager on the phone was disgraceful and she is now taking it to court as she will most likely have to cut the whole front of her hair out. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

The staff were friendly, however this is one of the worst full head weaves I have ever had. The guy who fixed the weave closed it very badly, it is so obvious & the weave is bumpy & already coming out in places. I have only had it in for 6 days, very sad.
I am only rating it two stars, because of the friendliness of the staff.
Unfortunately, it was my first and last time there, will not be going there again.

they charged me 60 for a hairstyle that i showed on my phone yet they decided to do a completely different hairstyle . i tried to tell the woman to redo my hair but it looks like she does not understand a word i say or shes taking the piss because i left the shop five hours later with a different look. never again

Disgusting behaviour. Messed up my hair and when i went in to complain. the rudest woman wouldn't even look at my hair.. go somewhere else theses people are not professionals.....they don't care about thier custoners. AVOID.

Terrible customer service. Did a sub par messy job on acrylics which broke within days and then the lady tried to charge me £20 to fix one nail 3 days later. Don’t waste your money, time or energy coming here. I’ve been waiting hours to be seen because all of the free staff are refusing to fix the shoddy work and the person who did it is overrunning with a customer. Awful place!

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would.
I went there to get my hair relaxed trimmed and styled and the guy burnt my hair and cut it unevenly. When I asked for a refund they said that it was the relaxer that burnt my hair not the stylist, what rubbish!! And what I asked for is what I got. Never ever again will I go to these people to touch my hair.
